▪ Managed the IT infrastructure for the Sainsbury Bank Divestment programme. This included the testing environments and leading on troubleshooting.▪ Owned the delivery of the IT elements of the TSA (Transitional Service Agreement) documentation for Sainsbury’s Bank divestment.▪ Delivered the LBG infrastructure in Sainsbury’s Bank new Edinburgh HQ, including new WAN and LAN segregated dual access for Sainsbury’s Bank staff that still required LBG access.▪ Service delivery migration event manager for the savings data migration of £3.4 billion of accounts. Migrated c.4.4 million Sainsbury’s Bank customers and c.775,000 savings accounts. ▪ Managed the transfer of data for 96 LBG Savings staff to Sainsbury's Bank to ensure no loss of service. 130 LBG colleagues across multiple Business Units and IT supported Back Book Migration weekend.▪ Worked on the LBG Car finance business to provide enriched data to 3rd Parties such as Mitsubishi to help retain existing customers.
