Primary responsibility revolves around acting as the liaison between the Bank and various technology solution vendors: • Coordinate the overall administration of the outsourced relationships. • Provide support to all areas of the Bank in the analysis of new products, systems or solutions that interact with the core processing and other distributed systems and monitor for ongoing and consistent utilization of applications. • Track and report on performance standards related to contracts, including up time, vendor response to system outages and defects and general responsiveness of the vendor to the Bank’s needs.In coordination with the Project Sponsor, manage all aspects of Firstrust Bank project planning and execution, including but not limited to:• Design of projects and project plans, including supporting the business case for project approval.• Coordination, planning, programming, testing and management to ensure project activities are executed in accordance with established requirements, budgets and schedules to achieve project completion on time and within budget.• Document or coordinate the documentation of processes, workflow and or Disaster Recovery details related to various systems and integration points.• Responsible for coordinating and in some cases, performing testing and ensures that: all interface points are tested; conflicts are analyzed, documented, and escalated to the vendor to be appropriately resolved; testing confirms compliance with performance and security requirements; and, regression testing plans are followed at each stage of integration.• Ensure that appropriate project documentation is maintained and updated.• Quality assurance and post-implementation testing and validation.

Responsible for the performance management of Cash Operations vendors include, but are not limited to, ensuring service quality and (Service Level Agreement) SLA performance, coordinating with risk partners to achieve compliance with information security and business continuity, and remediating any identified issues and concerns.Perform and manage vendor audits and contract management in Master Servicing Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) negotiations.Ensure vendor performance and internal/external process and procedures adhere to SOX, SSAE16, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), NACHA and Deloitte adherence.Responsible for the day-to-day contact with and management of a specific key partners and for establishing and measuring the vendor’s performance for a specific Statement of Work (SOW). Directing and training staff to ensure the timely and accurate application of customer payments and payoffs, ensuring return check and misapplied payment reversals are processed reflecting accurate loans records.Effectively managing electronic payments (ACH) and cash disbursement actively and maximizing cash deposits/float for all product types within multiple sites.Document remediation activities related to issues identified in the Business Scorecard, including the target timeline for resolution of the issues. Business owner and single point of contact for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) adherent Mortgage Account Statements (MAS).

Vast knowledge of industry standard Systems Delivery Process templates and frameworks.Define and document test cases, test scenarios, and defect tracking within Mercury Quality Center.
