I enjoy figuring out how things fit together. I apply this joy to my projects as I work with the stakeholders and development teams to bring everyone together. Finding the balance between them to see the project succeed. I extend this to ongoing operations projects, ensuring the pieces stay in place while showing the value of the project. In my career, I often wore two hats, project manager and operations manager. In the first role as a project manager, I get to work with amazing individuals to identify goals and turn them into reality. In the early days, I would take on projects because we identified a need or improvement, and I would identify the steps needed and execute them. When my role changed to an official project manager, I became the liaison between the clients and development teams, identifying and fitting the pieces together. In the other operations manager role, I lead a team to ensure established plans are executed smoothly, including writing the policies and training the appropriate staff. As time passes and technology improves, I work on updating the process. On the off chance things didn’t go as planned, with a cool head, I investigate the situation to communicate, identify, isolate, resolve, and finally prevent the problem. When I see a need, I want to help fill it. If there is a problem, I want to work to resolve it. I look forward to connecting and seeing what I can do for your organization.
