Converted the Lancaster facility from DOS to a Windows Operating System.In 1996 was promoted to Support Systems Manager. Managed 4-5 personnel and had budgetary responsibilities of approximately $100,000 to maintain the local area network, facilities and telephone systems. Coordinated with home office on implementing new network system and software and a new Shoretel telephone system and Wi-Fi connection for drivers. Also responsible for construction of the Pro Stop Truck Service Center and several parking lots at the Lancaster and Houston facility. Implemented closed circuit camera monitoring system for security purposes and also proximity card door access system at the Lancaster facility. Was also responsible for the creation of all crystal reports used by the corporation.
