I developed methods, processes and procedures that support both new and existing IT infrastructure. Developed the first end-to-end systems analysis consisting of both distributed and mainframe platforms, working with other Federal Reserve Business Units and external vendors. Designed and established strategic plans for all systems capacity management including long term trending analysis. Performed weekly capacity evaluations and recommend additional capacity and/or new products to support the next generation financial support systems.
