Set strategic direction for policymaker engagement, external messaging, and legal strategy, resulting in deal approvals from the FCC, the U.S. Department of Justice, state regulatory commissions and some of the nation's largest municipalities. *Conceived and Executed Constitutional challenge to Kentucky law as applied to Cable Television companies, resulting in $14MM reduction in state intangible property taxes each year and tax policy changes by the Kentucky General Assembly;*Company Lead and designated Corporate Representative in successful defense from a multi-million dollar anti-trust action, which was dismissed by the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.Public Affairs* Led the development of a metrics-based public relations campaign, featuring television and online advertising, as well as award-winning direct mail and social media efforts. Project aided in an 15% improvement in customer favorability (+11 favs, -4 unfavs) of the company. Business Development* Developed strategy and recruited consultants to increase the company's share of political advertising dollars, resulting in $5.2MM in revenue in 2010.
