The role requires me to be extremely observant and perceptive. I manage my individual diary and send weekly reports to my managers. I interact daily with individuals from tenants to Landlords to Thornley Groves Directors. My job involves: - I am responsible for all maintenance issues and enquiries for my allocated section of the properties, approximately 600 properties.- I am responsible for ordering all Gas Safety Certificates for our entire portfolio of managed properties which have gas.- Updating CFP system with any new issues or information relating to the property account.- Managing my own diary, ensuring tenants, landlord and contractors are all up to date on any costs or timescales of repairs.- Negotiating quotes/prices with contractors and Landlords.- Processing invoices onto the system and advising Accounts department so invoices can be raised for commission payment.
