 Strategically oversee and support a customer portfolio representing $524K of annual revenues and approximately $326M of customer natural gas spend. Manage large industrial customers’ energy procurement needs across a diverse industry spectrum including manufacturing, automotive, chemical, steel, and packaging. Consistently ensure appropriate purchasing decisions and timing of all procurement activities through regional area market expertise. Initiate natural gas procurement and risk management duties, including the development and implementation of key strategies and requests for proposal (RFP) results. Perform customer relationship management (CRM) duties, which include purchasing strategy recommendations, customer training, report generation, customer strategy execution, and executive summary analysis. Direct customer sales activities, such as acquiring new customer accounts while expanding existing services; and adding new customer facilities to the scope of services. Conduct supplier relationship management duties including performance updates, competitiveness guidance, and rejection notifications.

 Rendered expert assistance in performing and administering the following duties: Analysis, pricing, and deal structuring of aggregate customer proposals and responses to RFP; and Testing and implementation of the new pricing system, as well as the improvement of process automation. Evaluated, validated, and recorded customer historic consumption data files in the pricing system; and efficiently coordinated and streamlined costing and pricing processes. Assumed full accountability in developing pricing activity metrics, as well as pricing and sales offers for all customer proposals.

 Performed profitability and pricing analysis on product suite, while executing product sales approach changes for significant profit growth. Facilitated training on products and market conditions to all inside sales representatives and third-party sales channel partners. Initiated new product design and implementation, which included formulating annual product marketing plan for the strategic planning of market segment products. Administered product variants as well as new market entries with product line extensions; and expertly assessed post-launch product metrics and tracked product profitability on a gross margin basis and success/failure rates. Determined changing product requirements and customer needs by solely monitoring regulatory events while conducting customer and market research analysis.
