Mr. Harbison also has obtained “not guilty” verdicts in numerous cases, including clients charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, theft offenses, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, indecent assault, terroristic threats, and simple assault. Mr. Harbison also represents individuals who are injured in motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and assaults. Mr. Harbison has obtained numerous monetary settlements and verdicts for clients injured as a result of the negligence of others.
