Following the acquisition of Copeman Hart by Makin Organs Ltd I becameManaging Director of the combined company which was rebranded asChurchOrganWorld.Some of my key achievements and responsibilities within this role include:► Lead figure in acquisition of Copeman Hart & Company Ltd organ builders. Spearheaded negotiations and targeting of potential acquisition targets.► Improved company infrastructure and efficiency by designing a company-wide CRM system.►Expanded operations to include sales of sheet music in 2019.►Developed company to be a market leader within the UK in its field.

The Global Organ Group was formed in late 2016 based on the long term ownership of Makin Organs and Copeman Hart (UK), Johannus Orgelbouw (Netherlands) and the recent acquisition of Rodgers instruments (USA) by the van der Weerd family.Some of my key achievements and responsibilities within this role include:►Helped facilitate the merger between the companies.►Work closely with representatives of international markets to help achieve a smooth transition during the merge.►Drove sales up through developing rapport with potential customers by working as a customer sales advocate.►Developed successful marketing and sales strategies for various markets globally.►Operates as a member of the board.

I was instrumental in all aspects of the successful acquisition strategy ofCopeman Hart by Makin Organs Ltd.Some of my key achievements and responsibilities within this role include:►Helped improve day to day running of business. Including operations, sales processes and marketing strategies. ►Helped company expand and improve the organ group’s position within the market.

Makin Organs is a key supplier of digital church organs to the UK.Some of my key achievements and responsibilities within this role include:► Runs all aspects of product development, marketing sales and sales management ofthis brand to a global audience. In addition, I became responsible for the marketing and sales of Johannus instruments in the UK.► Sales and profits grew 30% in my first year with turnover more than £1,000,000, and through difficult times globally have been maintained at this high level since.►Through careful strategic planning and partnerships, developed company from start-up phase to market leader.

Following the acquisition of additional software companies by Pharmacopeia in2001, the software division was split off into a separate company, Accelrys.Some of my key achievements so far include:► Responsible for all aspects of training, installation, implementation, contract research and new services.► Led the customer satisfaction survey globally for the whole company which proved to be a most valuable marketing tool.
