This project was essential for our company to increase our turnover from 40 million pounds to a projected budget of 100 million pounds. We were able to achieve our goals withing budget and on time and no H & S issues, Providing JDM Ltd with the ability to offer new and i,proved services to our customers.My role as Lead Project Manager involved working closely with stakeholders, including Operations, Technical, sales, contractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies. i developed and implemented a comprehensive project plan, ensuring all parties were kept informed throughout the process.Overall, this project was a significant achievement for JDM Ltd, and i am proud to have played a pivotal role in its success. After the successful move, I focused on automating the site as much as possible to allow for growth without the need of extra staff, which resulted in a gain of £15M turnover or (70% growth).The role reported directly to the board: with a Capital Expenditure budget of over £2M this involved direct links with the main retailers within the UK.I was also responsible for setting up from scratch a high care facility to give extra value to the existing product range Exotic Farm Produce had to offer to the national retailers. The capital expenditure for this project was £3M.This involved all aspects from design, planning, contractor scheduling, through to machine purchases, staffing practices and KPIS for the new facility. This factory is now supplying M & S with £20M off added value product and rose over £25M within 12 months.
