Oversee daily operations and staffing for two retail pharmacies and an employee based mail order pharmacy.• Provide leadership and direction to 13 direct reports• Oversee performance measures through weekly and monthly dashboard reporting• Develop and implement strategies for increasing prescription volumes while maintaining quality and safety• Create cross departmental collaboration to achieve organizational goals• Design strategies to meet industry trends and government regulations• Ensure day to day operational efficiencies and effectiveness • Implement and train on new hardware and software technologies introduced into the workplace

• Assist pharmacist with prescription processing and filling• Monitor drug inventory and make recommendations on achieving cost effectiveness• Assist customers with prescription drop off and pick up• Complete daily technician tasks including cycle counts, restocking supplies, filing prescription hard copies, daily deposits, etc.
