Created a Children’s Theatre and a Living History program recruited seventeen students for Elizabeth City State University Oversaw the remodeling and upgrading of equipment for the G.R. Little Theatre. Designed the lighting and sound for in-house and out-of-house productions Oversaw daily operation of G. R. Little Theatre facility, which included theatre rental and marketing Coordinated the facility set-up and usage Recruited, trained, supervised and scheduled volunteer event staff Supervised students in all technical aspects of the theatre. Found professional internships for technical theatre majors.
