I am currently working on contract as Systems support, heavily involved in PLC's, PC repair, IT support, communications and software implementation.

These projects are still in effect today.Delegate specific daily tasks which include machine set up, internal customer downtime reporting and reprogramming storage and transportation systems ensuring to cGMP guidelines.Respond to customer demands with immediate action, coordinating necessary tasks ensuring effective and timely maintenance to allow minimum production downtime while achieving yield targets.

Commenced employment in Rochester, New York where assistance was given to Machine manufacture and assembly, and where training in operations and virtual installation was undertaken.Lead Technician responsible for installing semi-automated Production line.Develop Parameters/settings and SOP’s/Documentation to support operational practices. Design/maintain Training Manuals To support operational Practices.Provide guidance and skill development to New Technicians and Junior Technicians with reference to production operationsComplete Planned Maintenance and delegate tasks throughout Team of Technicians.

Develop in depth knowledge of all processes in area and all factors that influence process performance.Repair and maintenance of a range of machines to a high standard.Actively involved in Fault finding of standard and complex process problems effectively in individual and group situations.Analysing current and potential operational problems, securing information and developing projects to achieve results.Heavily involved in start-up/installation of machinery on Prototype Production Line.
