Responsible for the project management of Ethernet over Microwave in the Los Angeles and Paradise markets. Started as a Network Engineer II, responsible for Granite (XNG) design & was repeatedly recognized for outstanding performance. Promoted to Supervisor/Acting Manager after 2 & ½ years, leading a transport design team of 12 resources. Accountable for the successful delivery of projects in AT&T Mobility’s network. This included project tracking, prioritization, resource/time management, & cost analysis.
