Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Security & Parking programs at WellStar Kennestone Regional Medical Center,officer training coordination, parking management, management of the security reporting systems and coordination of issues relative to security technology, equipment and alarm monitoring. Assist the Ex Director with internal investigations and with the administration of the approved departmental budget. Coordinate and assists in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of segments of a system-wide emergency management program as it relates to the security function.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Security & Parking programs at all WellStar Kennestone Reginoal Medical Center. I ensure that parking, watch and patrol duties are carried out. Conduct training and scheduling of personnel. I assist with internal investigations, the planning and maintenance of the key/access control, and CCTV systems. I assists in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the system-wide emergency management program as it relates to the security function. Schedule fire drills and approves officer’s daily reports. I work closely with the manager on all special projects and risk assesments.

Assist the Senior Pastor in promoting the vision and mission of Fusion Church through message and worship development. Lead facilitator of Fusion Church Operations Operations Director • Primary Manager of daily and weekly operations for FUSION ChurchSet-up / Tear Down teams; Audio & Visual Team; Media Ministry Team• Create and send out monthly schedules for the operation teams (listed above)• Ensure equipment is properly stored, maintained and updated when needed • Coordinate training of new volunteers • Meet with volunteers and leaders to offer support and address any issues or concernsWeekly Worship Coordinator• Coordinate weekly service flow• Confirm attendance of all volunteers involved in the weekly service • Inform individuals involved in the service of the flow chart for the day• Coordinate with musician leader and video about song and slide order• Conduct a weekly service run through with all parties presentWorship Development • Work with the senior pastor on developing message series and sermons • Work with senior pastor on speaking calendar• Work with Music Ministry Leader to have music correlate to the service to enhance the worship experience • Develop a worship enhancement team to assist with interactive services and worship ambiance
