Results from these sessions have been dramatic, resulting in significant growth for each group. In one instance, changing one word in the Mission Statement from "producer" to “provider” resulted in doubling both revenue and profit. The change necessitated changing the organization structure to accommodate such growth. Other organizations found it necessary to make major changes in infrastructure. Irons Group Ltd.
