Welcome to my profile. I had a long think about whether I put in a dry description of whom I am professionally but it is not really a good reflection of me. So for the dry stuff - you will see that I have over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations (Production, Supply Chain and Quality) in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries - in short I enjoy making stuff and really enjoy working with people in this space. I have been fortunate enough to work in small local companies to global multinationals and been exposed to a number of global markets including the US, EU, Japan and Australia. But me - I am passionate and driven about what I do. I want to engage people and move forward in making things easier. We spend so much time working over our lives that we should be able to have fun and laugh at work. If not, why bother. I am passionate about mental health as I have a lifelong mental health challenge. It is part of me but does not stop me living or performing.
