Professional Experience:In my 24 year career as a Trial Presentation Specialist, I have participated in over 300 legal proceedings across the United States and abroad including jury selection, trials, bench trials, summary jury trials, hearings, arbitration, mediation, depositions, alternative dispute resolution, summary jury trial, focus groups, and mock trials. Including using telecommunications platforms such as Zoom and Teams.I have worked with both Plaintiff and Defense firms in civil and criminal litigation. I have worked with large firms to sole practitioners. I'm only as good as my last trial and fortunately for clients, I am in trial a lot. I regularly participate in 10 to 15 trials a year. The longest trial I was contracted for was 8 months. I am no stranger to 18 hour plus days and I have had many sleep deprived trial days.Goals:To assist attorneys in the preparation and presentation of their case materials, to maintain an understanding of trial presentation technology and the most effective way for attorneys to present their evidence in a concise, clear and convincing manor.
