• Assigned in Network Implementation and Project Management (NIPM) division of Phase 8 South Luzon project: Assist in site implementation, site survey, kick-off meeting activities, inspect each projects and prepare necessary reports.• Projects Undertaken: Huawei Phase 3 3G Roll-out and WiMux/ LTE Huawei Phase 7 BTS 312 to 3012 and 3012A upgrade Huawei Phase 8 RTN Radio Ericsson Phase 7 MLTN Radio E1 Tributary port upgrade of Nera and Alcatel transmission • Supervise patching and test of E1and Abis interfaces prior to activation from new cell-site to BSC sites. • Verified site installation and site acceptance test of BTS and Transmission including commissioning, transmission configuration, VSWR test, 24 hr BER test, and alarms simulation test.• Review and familiarize with BSC parameterization, muxplan, detailed drawings and TSSR folders submitted by general contractors and see to it that procedure are properly followed and in accordance with the standards and specifications set by Planning Department.• Attend site clearing and reported to superior regarding the status considering all deficiencies are properly rectified according to the standards and specifications.
