We leverage technology and our expertise to make lending decisions quickly. Borrowers, brokers and real estate agents can apply online and get a quick quote within minutes. We specialize in spec construction, fix and flip, retrofit, multi family, industrial, non owner residential , tenant improvement loans, cross collateralization and major rehab loans. We will make loans between $500,000 to $15,000,000 and above on a case by case basis. Our affiliate will be putting money in on every deal as "skin in the game" is very important to us. In addition we are the decision makers on these loans. Broker/agent fees are welcome on our deals.
