Maintain a caseload of fifty plus patients working through opiate addiction. Worked as part of a treatment team utilizing a multi-faceted approach that utilized methadone, group and individual counseling. Conducted psycho social assessments and treatment plans on all patients. Assisted patients in identifying triggers to using, and in creating powerful relapse prevention plans. Conducted random urinalysis to monitor program compliance.
