Worked with RS Logix 500 and RS Logix 5000. Installed, configured, calibrated new Foxboro Direct Mount Pressure Transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, Multi Variable Measurement Transmitters, and RTD/Thermowell Temperature Transmitters. Installed, configured, calibrated new Endress Hauser Direct Mount Pressure Transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, and RTD/Thermowell Temperature Transmitters. In-house service team leader for PM, and Field Service, of installed end device transmitters. Remove and replaced damaged internal parts on BS&W probes. Perform Centrifuge Test to improve accuracy on installed units. Service and adjust BS&W board feedback percentage to match test results. Repair boards and bench calibrate prior to install to achieve optional results. Configuration and Repair Specialist for Foxboro Coriolis Mass Flow Meters used to measure CO2 injection totals. Installed, configured, and calibrated new Endress Hauser Coriolis Mass Flow Meters. Supplied continued support, with training to field operators, which allowed the group to provide practically zero downtime. Installed new, and serviced Flow Turbine Meters used to measure fluid volumes. Developed an in-house procedure for repairing damaged turbine reducing downtime, lost production, and cost. Field repair and Calibrate Flowserve Valve Positioners in the field. Test Input and feedback of positioners to make sure it matched Loop calculations. Installed and make program updates to HMI panels at injection wells, VRU’s, Production Stations, and Well Test Vessels. Designed and developed an in-house fabrication facility for RTU’s and CJB’s panels. The ability to design and manufacture in house, the result was positive improving quality and reducing cost.
