2years and 8months experience in a design company, wherein I explored my 3D modeling, rendering, planning and designing skills. During those years, I had the opportunity to support street art installations, planning/designing tea shops, cafe, ladies clinic, office, kindergarten school, and housing projects. In line with these projects, presenting to the clients and helping them visualize our ideas through 3D perspectives and scale model was one of the key factors during my time in a design company. 2year + experience in a construction company. Mainly did the breakdown for bidding and support awarded projects by preparing submittal documents, checking of design drawings, coordinating with potential subcontractors, and checks site for quality assurance of the project. Knowledgeable in using AutoCad, Sketch Up, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, Revit, Plan Swift. Can speak Tagalog, English and Intermediate Japanese (N2).
