My career path into management started over 30 years ago; exploring my likes, dislikes and many compromises. I value all the knowledge I’ve learned from my family, friends, high school, technical college, co-workers, certified professionals, university and mentors I've critiqued over the years. My grit and determination to succeed can be linked to the words I remember from my grandfather, "learn as much as you can, be kind, helpful and thankful for what you've". I feel I'm best describe more as coach than a supervisor or manager today. One of my top priorities around any organization is to understand the people, the business health, and current plan in place. In short, my background supports my operational experience to achieve positive outcomes, with a pretty good set of personal skills to engage communication, leadership in several professions, and over-all someone people can trust and relay on.
