Continue to act as consultant within the motorsports and art industry. Maintained business during racing career with AMA and Prostar.

Responsible for event organization and operations for road racing, flat track, supermoto, land speed and drag racing. Duties include: contract negotiations, track/promoter and OEM relationships, development of amateur programs, develop profit minded budget for AMA’s racing department, assistance with sponsorship negotiations and implementation. Oversee full-time staff of 27 and part-time staff of approximately 60.• Increased sanction income by 9%.• Founded Rider Safety Council and mandated safety changes to all facilities decreasing overall injuries and completing my tenure at the AMA without a single life threatening injury.• Restructured event staff creating a better working environment for customers.• Turned the negative history of poor management into a positive working relationship by creating team and promoter handbooks, along with periodic conference calls, eliminating miscommunication within the industry.
