Manage production line, shipping and receiving, Quality assurance and manage facility. Work closely with our leads to determine work flow through production lines in the best effort to maximize daily revenue and meet production goals. Closely monitor SLA goals set by the company and our customers. Make sure we follow processes and procedures as we handle secure data for our customers. Work closely with shipping and receiving personal that shipping SLA goals are met and inventory is closely monitored and maintained.Work with vendors and property management company to keep the facility safe and up to standards.

Test EngineeringSupport the Quality/Test department. Evaluate current testing procedures and make recommendations for improvements to the procedures, testing process and make fixtures to improve accuracy and reliability of our testing methods. As our equipment becomes more sophisticated we need to find and develop ways to test and automate our testing processes.Evaluate all electronic equipment from customer warranty returns. Work with our manufacturer engineering teams to make improvements in our products, with regard to form, fit and function.Work with project and program managers to test and evaluate new product development.

Responsible for all equipment installations globally. Works with the project manager to coordinate and organize all project installations along with scheduling support with technicians and engineers stationed at service hubs around the world. Provide on--‐site supervision in China, Poland, Mexico and Canada. Customer point of contact for equipment service calls, coordinating local and remote ISL of VPN remote connections, service interventions and emergency shipments of parts globally. Quote service interventions and manage them from PO to invoice as well as evaluate margins to look for improvements. Reconcile expense reports.

Supervised production operation relocation from Yuciapa, Ca. to York, Pa. Hired and trained assembly/material handler/testers team. Coordinated move of production assembly equipment while supervising ongoing production on both coasts during relocation. Managed 8 million dollar electronic production assembly operation. Supervised 30 assemblers, electronic technicians, material handlers and printed circuit board fabricators. Trained assembly operators and test technicians on schematics and procedures to build and test high temperature furnaces and light cure systems used in dental labs. Developed procedures and processes for audit appraisals. Supervised additional relocation of repair center from Yuciapa to York. Trained technicians in customer service and satisfaction, shipping, and repair of furnaces made by other manufacturers.

Supervised 25 operators on semi--‐automated auto parts production line. Coordinated production and managed inventory. Maintained and repaired automated equipment.

Scheduled workload for 20 printed circuit board fabricators. Procured tools and equipment. Ensured ISO and work safety standards.; Maintained and developed manufacturing procedures, including web site outlining procedures and ISO information for operators.
