As a Course Instructor at CAE, I have been teaching HH-60G Pavehawk Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) courses for over fifteen years, using academic, flight simulator, and live gunnery methods. I have a Master's degree in Leadership from Trident University International and two CompTIA certifications in A+ and Network+.My core competencies include Organizational Leadership, Problem Solving, Formal Instruction, and Military Weapon Systems. I am passionate about providing high-quality instruction and mentoring to the next generation of CSAR professionals, as well as enhancing my own skills and knowledge in the aviation and aerospace industry. My goal is to contribute to the mission and vision as a leading provider of integrated training solutions for defense and security.
