Keith Knickerbocker has been in the construction business for over 30 years. He began his career in Commercial Construction working on the development of the first Connecticut casino. He also owned his own national chimney fabrication business for several years. Using the two prior experiences, Keith applies techniques traditionally used in commercial building to residential building to effectively control costs, efficiency, speed and organization. His creative eye for design and problem solving is a key element to his work in communities on the shoreline of Connecticut. Although Keith is efficient, he does not take on projects to just get in and get out - his clients and their homes always receive a personal touch. Keith keeps his clients happy by proving that any idea is possible.
