I am currently working with a group that secures private funding for well established companies in the range $10,000,000 minimum up to $500,000,000. This funding is soley from institutional investors.I have access to numerous broker dealers that provide funding between $5,000,000 - $25,000,000.Through a subsidiary of JSM, I have the ability to identify and provide significant information on institutions that follow any given industry for the purpose of providing research, financing or press coverage.

Preserve Communications Services had secured a daily updated data base, of over 35,000 institutional contacts (including their investment preferences). This service was designed to increase institutional awareness, attract new institutional investors, inform existing shareholders and increase trading activity. The results were dramatic and measurable. PCS targeted the right audience and helped clients track and manage the communications to this audience. This service focused on identifying those interested and eliminating those not interested. Once identified, PCS provided detailed reports to our clients that included information about each interested party. The result was a manageable list of institutions that: 1) may have had interest in owning shares of our client’s company, 2) may have had interest in providing research coverage, 3) may have had interest in providing financial press coverage or, 4) may have had interest in being a source of additional financing

Was responsible for identifying, valuing, structuring and marketing public offerings on behalf of JP Turner & Co.

Was responsible for identifying, structuring and syndicating "Initial Public Offerings" in the $5,000,000 to $15,000,000 range for this broker dealer from 1996-2002. Was a registered broker responsible for individual accounts from 1990 to 1996.
