• Mentored a team of 4 – 10 testers and shipped 50+ titles with first pass submission from Sony.
• Performed Sony certification passes on all Sony console titles while flexing to help other platforms with certification passes as needed.
• Created requirements training processes to help train new Sony requirements testers.
• Utilized downtime to help improve our documentation and team processes to set higher standards of quality and efficiency.
• Assisted Activision’s Submissions team with all Sony related documentation for submissions.
