I was asked to developed the MVP shop, an in-house web dev shop, to provide real-world experience and employment to coding graduates during COVID-19. Achieved a 72% full-time job placement rate for participants within 6 months.In Sept 2020, I was asked to teach in a full-time coding program for subsidiary Austin Coding Academy (half day) and do front-end development for Zollege (half day)In the teaching role, I taught HTML, CSS, Javascript, mySql, Node, React. In the dev role, I worked with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Ruby, Jekyll, HTML, CSS, Javascript, and hubspot.

In the last few years, my focus as an educator has shifted towards educating adult learners in web production and graphic applications, primarily through intensive boot camp-style programs that are currently in high demand. Additionally, I've facilitated numerous short courses, ranging from 2 to 4 hours, designed to deliver concentrated learning experiences in a single day, teaching web production and the Adobe Creative Suite.
