He is also a major driving force behind the development of new services and operations within both companies. Keith's incredibly diverse work background in such fields as private lake management, oil and gas, and agriculture has allowed him to excel at resource management and technical challenges within the company. Always willing to troubleshoot challenges, he enjoys finding out solutions to issues within the company, particularly ones that are hands-on. This desire translates to his enjoyment of all things outdoors in his personal time, whether that is spent fishing or hunting, or just being out in nature.
