Clinched a new key account with 4 years contract and created the S.O.P for this new key account with the operations team. Recovered more than 50% of bad debts from existing key accounts within 6 months. Developed an asset management system that provides real time warehouse invertory data across 3 cities.

Developed project materials management system to track materials usage and costing. Systemised procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies to various project sites. Drove negotiations with suppliers to develop commercially competitive material pricing and terms. Actively sourced for new suppliers to build a greater pool of supplier options for new projects.

Work included documents preparation in accordance to AS9100 standard for crucial technology assessments and feasibility study through continuous laboratory experiments with the use of a 6-axis robot arm in a robot cell.
