Work with operational divisions / departments to improve their processes and Quality functions. Witness the conduct of Project test activities .Support all QA-related functions and activities both at Company and project levels.• Quality review meetings with Vendors , Suppliers & Manufacturers to continuosly improve their quality level and to lower the defective costs . Have worked hand in hand with the Suppliers to achieve reduction in defective materials , hence rework and inspection costs via QC tools like SPC , Quality Site Audits , CAPA ,etc.• Components First Article Evaluation and Approval of Manufacturers .• Factory wide Equipment Calibration management .
