He is also an Executive Director & CEO of Netbay Internet, Netbay Investment, Netbay Free WiFi, City Cable Australia, Melbourne Chinese Post and Advertising City.Responsible for the delivery of key contracts and partnerships for Netbay Group business to date. He also ensures the smooth operation of all aspects of the company and keeps the company on track to its achieve strategic goals as defined by the Company Board. Under his guidance Netbay has evolved from a traditional ISP into a Telecommunication Carrier and New Digital Media Company. With over 26 years’ experience in telecommunications, he has witnessed the industry transform and has shaped Netbay’s activities accordingly.Keith is the current President of HKABA – Victoria Chapter and also a member of HKABA since 2010.
