Liaising with clients and keeping them up to date on setup of tests. Flange management, torquing, tensioning and conducting precision pump alignments, as well as creating bolting/flange management packs using EnerMech’s System Integrity Management (SIM) software, and updating the flange management joint register in SIM.Closing out punch list items for Ready for Commissioning (RFC) and Ready for Start Up (RFSU) of systems, as well as updating document trackers and servers.Pre commissioning of all newly fabricated pipework on LNG trains and supporting modules.Pre commissioning of centrifugal, booster and positive displacement pumps and hand over to client as ready for start- up (RFSU).Monitor, operate and control reverse osmosis and nano-filtration process.Carry out condition-based maintenance on fleet of compressors, boosters, filtration units, forklifts and cranes.Scheduling regular training for my team ensuring everyone was compliant with company policies. Risk management including job hazard analysis, take five cards, and reporting on findings.Pre Commissioning of LNG trains and supporting modules on Chevrons Gorgon project. Pneumatic testing, Hydrostatic testing, Nitrogen testing, and line drying/blowing of LNG trains and supporting modules. Ensure adequate and safe handling of hazardous waste material with zero harm to human health or the environment.Design and installation of safe mechanical isolations in line with site Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) systemsand procedures.Reading and interpreting specifications, isometrics and/or P&ID’s.Setup and carry out lube oil flushing on LNG supporting utilities and modules. Operate and maintain Ingersoll Rand & Sullair low/high air compressors, high pressure hurricane/ Joy air boosters and Oxair desiccant bed air dryers. Troubleshoot air related faults on air compressor and booster units.
