Led a global Business Operations team responsible for Product Management, revenue forecasting, contracts, project delivery, quoting, and data management for a 200+ person Global Services Organization. Managed P&L with revenues in excess of $100M through Service Theater Leads, Sales Account Managers, and Internal Operations Teams. Serve as the cross functional Services liaison for acquisitions, initiatives, and enhancements across the company.

Built a Professional Services team within the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) Theater to support regional growth. Manage all direct-sale Verizon Communications programs within the Sonus Global Services Organization and am ultimately responsible for the successful design, turn-up, testing, and acceptance of these programs. Additionally responsible for the creation of all Statements of Work (SOW’s) and contract Change Requests (CR’s) as well as for scheduling, tracking, and successfully achieving all revenue recognition goals. Currently lead all master scheduling, program planning, and risk/opportunity assessment activities for the Verizon Carrier projects and host weekly internal and external program review calls.

Owned the technical, financial, and strategic analysis of competitors, partners, and potential acquisition targets. Managed the development of business cases which provided detailed analysis on potential acquisition targets. Drove review sessions with engineers and management across the corporation to understand existing capabilities, determine technology growth plans (organic vs acquisition), and develop roadmaps and strategies in accordance with those plans. Developed quarterly and year-end business reports presented at the Presidents level for all Operating Units totaling ~$2B in yearly revenue.

Wilmington, Ma

Led design and integration of multiple Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) projects, as large as $50M, in support of the Future Combat Systems (FCS) and Scorpion programs. Lead the development of all associated program schedules and budgets as well as subsequent tracking and reporting per earned value management (EVM). Drafted all Statements of Work (SOW’s) for the projects in questions and drove multiple proposal reviews and due-diligence activities as well as associated negotiations. Responsible for presenting programs status (budget, schedule, risk, and technical) to internal and external leadership and stakeholders.

Help contributor and leadership roles associated with large scale Lean / Six-Sigma projects at a two facilities – Valencia, California and Wilmington, Massachusetts.
