I was responsible for the co-ordination between the translation agency, technical illustration supplier and printer.• Tasked to reduce the publication costs of one of the Hewlett-Packard user guides. This was done by proposing to use an A5 format instead of their unique format, placing all warranty notices at the front of the manual and making the guide task-orientated. The end result was a net decrease in publication costs.
