Managed military programs with cumulative value $100 Million dollars on the Logistics Support Facility Management Agency contract. Conducted daily management activities including, but not limited to: Integrated Master Scheduling updates, cost analysis of programs and expenditures, preparing "Estimate to Complete"​ and "Performance Cost Reports", coordination with government customers on cost, schedule and performance metrics, set production priorities with production supervisor for multiple programs, managed company personnel levels to meet schedules, and approved purchase orders for material. Represented SSAI in the Business Development department, meeting with and discussing future opportunities with senior Army leaders and senior defense contracting company leaders in the Army aviation community. Coordinated Non-Disclosure Agreements with companies SSAI teamed with in the defense community. I represented SSAI with the Huntsville Aerospace Marketing Association (HAMA), Association of the United States Army-Huntsville Chapter, and Army Aviation Association of America-Huntsville Chapter.

I serve as the senior Aviation Maintenance Officer for the United States Army Aviation and Missile Life Cycle Management Command and the Aviation Branch. As a member of the Commanding General's personal staff, I provide technical expertise and user's perspective on all factes of Army Aviation maintenance, readiness and life cycle sustainment missions. I provide command oversight for the design, development, implementation, management and sustainment of Reliability Centered Maintenance, Logistical Support, Logistical Imforamtion System development, Force Modernization, Aviation Readiness and Reset of aviation systems. I am engaged with and provide direct support to Active Duty units, National Gurad and Reserve units, and other DOD aviation agencies encompassing more than 5000 aircraft worldwide. I am a liasison to AMC, MSC's, HQDA, PEO Aviation and Combatant Commands.

12Th Combat Aviation Brigade, Katterbach, Germany

Responsible for the maintenance program for 48 AH-64D Apaches, 80 UH-60A/L Blackhawks, 12 CH-47D Chinook, 10 C-12 Huron, and 6 UC-35 Citation aircraft supporting EUCOM and AFRICOM strategic operations. During two deployments to Iraq, coordinated sea and air movement of brigade assets to meet deployment timelines as well as reset inductions. Managed the deployment timelines for brigade units into three different theater locations spanning multiple deployment tours. Directly coordinated maintenance actions with USAREUR, 21st Theater Support Command, ARCENT, and HQDA. As the senior Maintenance Test Flight Evaluator (ME), was responsible for the standardization of test flight functions within the brigade as well as AH-64D Maintenance Test Pilot and ME support.

Abu Hammad, Egypt

I served as an AH-64A Instructor Pilot and AH-64D Maintenance Test Pilot Evaluator to the Egytian Air Force (EAF). I advised and assisted in the development and monitoring of the Egyptian continuation training program for asigned Egyptian combat crews as well as supervised the implementation of the EAF training program at the squadron level and training of the EAF instructor pilots as they conducted their aviaton training program.

Cairns Army Airfield, Ft Rucker, Al

I was responsible for the battalion safety program which covered over 200 military and civilian personnel spread at two airfields at FT Rucker. The flight program annually flew 125,000 hours in eight different airframes, training 2350 students annually. The safery program covered students from Initial Entry Rotary Wing training to graduate level flight training in 19 programs of instruction. I also oversaw two contractor safety programs and had oversight of the United States Army Aviation Center Crash Control Center. I also continued to instruct at the AH-64D Apache Longbow Maintenance Test Pilot Course, providing instruction to students in flight controls, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
