- Preparation and reviewing of the annual and interim reports, group reporting packs, and consolidation schedules;- Assessment of the impact of new accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and new Companies Ordinance;- Advice of the accounting impact for new products launch and system changes, as well as various accounting issues;- Strengthening and revamp of the reporting of derivatives, structure products and collaterals;- Preparation of Board papers and slides, and reconciliation between FR, RR and MR numbers;- Assessment of the potential impairment for a foreign associates based on the valuation derived from Dividend Discount Model.
