Key Achievements:• Company facilitator for MEX CMMS system. • Implemented the use of tablets in conjunction with MEX CMMS system to go paperless in the maintenance department. Created company work instructions as well as carried out training for all staff that will now be used as a template throughout all sites Australia wide.• Implemented new planning procedures that saved time for Planners and still reduced overdue work orders in the backlog whilst optimising maintenance and equipment life. • Safely coordinated, planned and managed major maintenance projects. Including annual site shuts that extended over 2 weeks and included all company assets throughout the site whilst meeting the intended maintenance target and ending with zero safety incidents. • Ensured maintenance was safely carried out and was on time and in accordance with KPI's whist still maintaining the highest standards in regards to safety.• Conducted a review of all 735 Preventative Maintenance tasks and updated them to keep consistency, safety and clarity.

Built from an empty system to now include all Company Assets, Preventative Maintenance, Storeroom/Supply, MEX Ops and Finance.• Implemented the set up of an empty warehouse and storeroom and built it to include all parts and spares for the entire fleet of 27 vessels and 25 terminals as well as all facilities.• Created and implemented the maintenance program for the company and single handedly plan and manage all maintenance pertaining to Vessels, Terminals, Facilities and Rotables.• Coordinated, planned and managed major maintenance projects.• Ensured maintenance was safely carried out and was on time and in accordance with KPI's whist still maintaining the highest standards in regards to safety.

Key achievements:• Identified a process improvement in forward planning, creating robust work instructions from scratch to streamline the system, with the procedure later rolled out across the organisation and all staff undertaking training in the process• Reduced the time associated with undertaking daily maintenance checks, taking this from over an hour to only 20 minutes, while still ensuring strict adherence to compliance and safety requirements• Consistently achieved or exceeded KPIs, with outstanding feedback always received for a focus on OSH requirements • Updated internal systems and prepared reports through the maintenance of data in both Microsoft Office and Trax systems• Liaised with contractors across multiple international airports, working with staff based out of LA, Hong Kong and New Zealand, to ensure that maintenance requirements were achieved
