- Supervise teams in different locations to perform daily operations and ad-hoc assignments.- Prepare consolidated financial statements, budgets & forecast and different financial reports.- Work with external auditor on audit planning and preparation of result announcements and annual audit reports.- Handle company secretarial matters and assist with the board of directors to comply with statutory requirements and reporting, to respond to inquiries from regulators and to prepare corporate governance reports.

- Station in Singapore to provide training to team members across the Southeast Asia countries to handle daily operations.- Perform month-end closing and financial and ad-hoc reports.- Working with external auditor on annual audit works.
