Responsible for US Poultry and Fish businesses of Keystone Foods. Keystone's poultry business consists of 3 integrated poultry complexes and 5 further processing plants. Annual sales are approximately $1 billion making this division the 8th largest poultry company in the US. Business segments include fast food, export and national/industrial sales. Keystone's product mix includes par fried, fully cooked and raw poultry. Business growth initiatives included the construction of a new fully cooked processing plant in Alabama and the business plan to profitably sell out this facility.

Responsible for all Finance, IT, HR functions for Keystone's US Poultry and Fish business. Key leadership position advising senior management on growth initiatives, acquisitions and divestitures. Led team responsible for all financial interactions with largest cost plus fast food business contract in the US. Successfully integrated three business acquisitions/JV buyouts into Keystone's financial structure.

Responsible for all accounting activities across 4 poultry complexes including live production, feedmills, processing plants and further processing plants. Performed or supervised all analysis, cost accounting, product costing, budgeting and month end reporting.
