JPW Industries ( JET, Powermatic, Wilton ) Head of Engineering Asia, in charge the management of NPD and QA of all series products made in China/Taiwan under company brand names selling to US/Europe marketplaces. The company product lines that I managed including Metalworking Machines, Woodworking Machines, Pneumatic Tools, Hand Tools, Power Tools and Lifting Equipment.My main responsibility including NPD and on site production quality control to solve every engineering issues during production and the continues of quality improvement on defective products after sales, in addition, conduct VA/VE process to current product lines to gain for cost reduction and increase supplier productivity on a quarterly base.

In Country Manager of Greenlee in charged of the outsourcing works of finished Power/Hand tools and related accessories at Taiwan/China region under the tool brand names called Greenlee, Paladin, Rothenberger and Klauke. My major achievement included the completed transition of all buying activities moved from the ex-traders back to Greenlee present control, which made Greenlee became a direct buyer to the local manufacturers and bring Greenlee gains for additional 12 % saving from the original buying cost of ex-traders.
