• Engineering - Provide engineering expertise to troubleshoot, modify and engineer software solutions and configurations to ensure that the product/solution performs within optimal design specifications.• Investigation - Investigate, debug and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds, and verify changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution. Highlight and assist in mitigating risks from technical perspective.• Analysis - Analyze production issues from the business and application perspective and outline corrective actions. Perform impact assessment of issue and contribute to the Root Cause Analysis of critical issues.• Team Work and Collaboration - Work as technical focal point with other teams to resolve cross application issues.• Technical Ownership - Have ownership and accountability of specific modules within an application and provide technical support and guidance in problem resolution for critical/ complex issues.• Innovation and Continuous Improvement - Bring continuous improvements/efficiencies to software or business processes.• Quality and SLAs - Contribute in meeting SLAs and KPIs the account and unit. Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and the delivery timelines meet the quality targets of the organization.• Communication - Communicate with internal/external customers to enhance the understanding of customer problems, and verify that an appropriate resolution has been applied.
