As part of the QLD Health Graduate program, I worked within the Digital Solutions Delivery Branch's Reporting Team as an IT Generalist with Business Analysis roles and responsibilities. We have been working to update the teams handling of requests through the use of Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint and Power Bi. To do this we had to gather the requirements, design documents that include BPMN flows of current and future states and construct the background systems to provide meaningful time, effort and QoL benefits for the team.Additionally, we were highly involved with the development of PowerBI reports for the wider branch and executive team to communicate project related data, as well as providing tools for validating its accuracy. We have used DAX to develop new metrics to both provide insights into QHealth data, as well as providing means to communicate current existing metrics. We have also developed map visualisations for use by the branch, utilising publicly available geospatial data and ArcGIS we created a custom TopoJSON resource for the team to continue to use in the future for their reports.We have also been involved with the collection, prioritization, development and testing of minor and major enhancements for the Digital Delivery Portal, which is the storage site for Project-Related data within QLD Health. This has involved the collection and identification of potential enhancements from end users, raising and prioritizing these enhancements with the team's vendor, testing enhancements and then coordinating UAT with persons outside of the team to verify if the enhancements have been successfully implemented. Throughout all of this I created easy to read user guides and communication materials to keep testers and other stakeholders involved in the process.

Practicum involved 300 hours of clinical screening and risk assessment, hands on running and adjustment of clinical population programs and participation in initial consultations for persons with primarily neurological/developmental disorders, cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal based conditions.

Practicum involved over 280 hours of program development, shadowing of high risk clients, risk management and assisting the operations of group classes of persons with mostly musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.

Screening, developing and providing exercise programs for a general non-clinical population at two council run gyms (Beenleigh and Logan Central) for approximately 140 participation hours.
