Orion Group was acquired by The AME Group in June 2018, so this is a continuation of my position at Orion.I work with a team of technicians and engineers that provide technical services to a wide range of clients across a number of industries through phone support, remote management tools and onsite visits. Most clients are Microsoft based and I support Windows, Office suite, Server 2003-2022, computer hardware, networking equipment and a wide variety of line-of-business apps that are specific to each client. I design and implement projects such as new server deployments, Office 365 migrations and various network additions/changes.

This position was a continuation of my employment at Intrust Group as Switchfast acquired Intrust's Chicago offices and customer base.I worked with a team of technicians and engineers that provided technical services to a wide range of clients across a number of industries through phone support, remote management tools and onsite visits. Most clients are Microsoft based and I supported Windows, Office suite, Server 2003-2012, computer hardware, networking equipment and a wide variety of line-of-business apps that were specific to each client. I also supported a small number of macs and have some basic familiarity with them.

I supported Time Warner Cable customers over the phone with level 1 Internet connectivity issues. I acted as a Manager on Duty/escalation point for short periods when official MODs were not around. This was a summer position between school semesters.

I handled incoming stock for their warehouse and outgoing orders that were made on the company website and ebay. I also maintained company computers and setup a small network for them to use. This was a summer position between school semesters.

Bachelor'S Of Technology Management, Computer Systems Networking And Telecommunications

I started in a two year Computer Networking program and the school added an option to add on a Bachelor's degree to any tech degree.
