I am passionate about cultivating strong leadership and coaching culture in organisations. I help to energise and transform teams to deliver great results.My experience spans across sales leadership, operational business, project management and alliances & partnerships. I've worked to combine strategies with a diverse set of experiences and backgrounds and assemble teams to enable growth, innovation and customer and partner engagement. My focus is on the development of talents and champions through workshops, mentoring, peer networking and group support.As an empowering leader, the process of nurturing a person according to his own strengths and talents brings me great delight. I am enthusiastic in developing team members into innovative leaders who in turn will transform the organisation. Outside of the office, you can find me spending time with my family, enjoying a good book, coaching youths and exercising. I am passionate about youth work. I currently serve as an Assistant House Master in a boarding school. This platform gives me the opportunity to build real and personal connection with the youths which is the bedrock for mentoring and coaching.
