I joined Lambert Roper and Horsfield Chartered Accountants in Halifax, in 1968, before becoming a partner in 1975 – when the firm had just two partners and twelve staff – and then Senior Partner in 1992.During my career as a Chartered Accountant in Halifax, I have helped develop the accountancy practice, including its sister company LRH Wealth Management, of which I am a director.Throughout my day-to-day role, I provide a wide-range of advice, support and guidance on matters involving wealth management, asset protection, trusts and will planning; to clients ranging from start-ups and SMEs to high net worth individuals and families seeking to protect their assets.In addition to my role as a Chartered Accountant in Halifax, I am also treasurer of the local branch of NSPCC and heavily involved in the organisation of their annual Golf Competition.
